I purchased this property in 2011 with an eye for its potential. Nestled in a lovely South Austin residential neighborhood, our friends at Inic Preschool (inic-edu.com) operated a Spanish Immersion preschool at this location until 2017. After Inic moved to a new location, development began. I wanted to adapt the neighborhood vibe and plan an atomic-style ranch that offered office space as well as a restaurant for our neighbors. The COVID pandemic slowed and stalled the development down more times than I can count, however, I can say the finished stunner was absolutely worth the wait. I'm excited to announce that [REDACTED*] will be serving up the finest eats in all the land in late 2023 or early 2024.
