The building that houses Jacoby's Restaurant & Mercantile was formerly an electric company. The building had seen better days, as had the abandoned boat on property.

After a complete renovation, the old building that now houses Jacoby's Restaurant and Mercantile is the jewel of East Austin. I'm so happy to have found Adam Jacoby and Kris Swift, who shared the vision of what could be and created a truly inviting and relaxing place to dine on the bluff above the Colorado River.
